* Plant total floor area: Approximately 13,904 m2
* Maximum daily production amount: 100 t
Inspections of water quality, bean sprout materials, and products take place at the Research Laboratory.
Visitors can learn about the plant through panel displays and videos. The observation pathway also allows visitors to view the production of bean sprouts and cut vegetables, our principal products.
